I guess the German comment is written in a bad way itself. Clearly Jimmy reads it with an english pronunciation. I think it goes something like this: "und wo die Chart Jackers in unserer Zeitung gesehen?"

I guess Johnny says "wo" using an english-based pronunciation [as in "who"] and that's the same reason he pronounces Zeitung that way, I guess.
