brother/sister, is the giving money to the one who asks, the same fatwa for the pple on the streets who ask for money? like the beggers? i am confused. jazakAllahokhair for the help.

@StickyCurry No. The sheikh here talks about a person who asked another for money, he did not mention 'beggers'. Also here in the West and elsewhere we are not sure bout the situation of these beggers but then again I am in no position to judge them. It is kind of you to give money to the poor but the question here was about someone who the person knew hence gave him/them money. Jazakum Allah khair.
