  • Wait, are you suggesting to replace a foam roller with a medicine ball? Also i see you went straight to your thoracic area on your back, skipping your lower back. Is it a bad idea to roll your lower back? Thanks.

  • It would be a great thing to add.

  • As long as the athlete doesn't go too deep or too long with this, do you think it would be ok to add this "flow rolling" into a warmup before a speed/power session?
