It was funny, because the cops came up almost on cue. The officer looked back at the intersection the first time, and right as he snapped back the second car pulled up, and repeat for a third officer, and all of them were no more than 5 feet from me, and for the whole hour and a half i was in contact with them, no one was ever the wiser.
So I was drunk one night, and I convinced my girl to sneak out with me. We go out to this construction site for a housing project, fuck around, and when we go to leave, the car dies. We get SO close to my house, intending to get some jumper cables, when not one, not two, but THREE cops end up with us on the curb because we JAYWALKED. Im like 10 down, and they never notice. They take us back to my house, me mum drives us to the car and jumps it, and when we are driving back, this song plays.
