  • Cool video thanks for posting! It's always fascinating to watch rock legends at work...

  • lt's interesting!

  • Great work by Jagger, he's a good singer. Maybe the best Stones song.

  • God bless: YOUTUBE !!!!!!!! thanks !!

  • A masterpiece!! Way cool!!

  • Love the moment around 1:35 when Keith and Brian nail the chord changes and Jagger gestures excitedly. Sublime!

  • @isidrosan I think He's "Air-Drumming"

    Very Cool!

  • I remember seeing "One Plus One" in '69 at an art house cinema. A guitarist friend who accompanied me then started a band and did a good cover of this song. Thanks and greetings from the outlands.

  • I LIKE THE ONE POSED IN HD MUCH BETTER, CLEAN SHARP HAHA

  • You can hear Bob Dylan, African rhythms, latin drums, hippie protest. This is an excellent uncovering of the mysteries of this song.

  • keef on bass!

  • @ritter89 Yes. But it would surprise me if his microphone was on at all.

  • This is really interesting. You can hear Bob Dylan's influence at the beginning. It's really a "protest song" as they call them back in the day.

  • didn't they remove Brian's rhythm guitar from the final mix?

  • @ritter89 they did...

  • yes, that's pallenberg and marainne faithfull recording vocals

  • Ahhhhhh, One Plus One, excellent! Saw this a few times on PBS when I was a kid but haven't been able to find any of it on youtube. Nicky Hopkins piano playing and that Samba rhythm really make this song. Many thanks for posting. hope it stays up

  • I've been looking for this video for awhile now. It's fascinating to watch the evolution of the song go to what we know it as today. At about 10:54 it looks like Anita Pallenberg, providing backup vocals.

  • @RandalBauer11 Anita et Marianne Faithfull...

  • Nice job on this

  • Remember this film and the interesting genesis of the song, with it finishing in a more fanatistic and unusual form than it started. Bit like Strawberry Fields. Nice Nicky Hopkins piano
