this was probably the best season i've watched so far (which is not that many). A lot of nasty injuries, blindsides, and twists. Stupidest move in survivor history (I've watched heroes v villains b4 this and i thought that was a lot stupider than JT's move). Surprising women's alliance spearheaded by Parvati,which i think made her deserve to win. Did not like ozzy here at all (he got way too personal, but i liked him in cook islands). great season overall :-D

I agree that ozzy and yau man will have an awesome chance but they will still have huge targets on their back at the start of the game. Yau is smart enough to wriggle out of danger but ozzy has his work cut out for him. I'm still rooting for him though!

they finished filming micronesia on december 6 which was 10 days before the survivor china finale. this means that amanda and james had already participated in, and maybe won survivor micronesia at the time of the china reunion show.

Actually, I'm also glad that Fairplay will be back. However, I don't think Jeff Probst is glad at all that Fairplay will be back because Fairplay surely pissed him off before.
Aw, what's up with all the Jonathan hate here? The whole mutiny was a strategic mistake, obviously, but he was a witty, hardworking guy throughout the show, flipped the balance of power from Raro to the Aitu 4 after the merge (what, would you have preferred someone like Adumb to win?), and maintained his dignity even when the Raro brats treated him like crap. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing Jonathan, Yau-Man, Cirie and the Vanuatu women the most, and I hope Jonathan wins.
Oh don't get me wrong...I don't dislike Jonathan. I think he played a BIG impact on the game and is deffinately a great player. No doubt in my mind about that. He just annoys me at times. I think it's the voice or something. I really don't know. But when he was originally on the show...I wanted to mute him everytime. Haha!
Heh, he does have a rather jarring Alan Alda-esque voice. :P I suspect he's one of those loud, extroverted types who's fun in small doses but can grate on the nerves after 39 or so days. I'm still rooting for the guy, though -- he made CI fun. I think the returning contestants as a whole are a good mix of sly strategists, challenge monsters and fan favorites; the only one whose presence I really question is Parvati, but hey, she has her fans, too!

It looks good, but I'd much rather have a Survivor: All Stars 2. I mean they should at least have 1 favorite from Palau and Guatemala. I definiteley wish Ian from Palau, and some more people like Terry from Exile Island on the show as well.
The footage of the 'favorites' is footage from Survivor: Palau. You can see Stephanie, Bobby Jon and James from the Ulong tribe. (you can even see their blue Buffs) Watch it on the CBS website version (it's better in quality) and you can see them clearly if you pause it just right. The producers of Survivor: Micronesia are not stupid. They're not going to reveal the all-star cast before they have to.
It's filming in Palau, in the exact same places they used last time. The "fans" will be at the former Koror tribe's camp and the "favorites will live at the Ulong tribe's old camp.
I think there will be 20 castaways. Usually survivor has an even gender ratio. The Fan tribe in the preview shows 5 girls fans. (0:15, 0:17, 0:26, 0:28, 0:29)
I'm so pissed, I'm only 19 and I've watched Survivor episode by episode each season since season 1 and no one told me that super fans would be a part of it! I should be on there seriously! but the concept seems great, I really hope Cirie is on, and Eliza, oh it'll be the best!
It has been confirmed that the 3 returning survivors out of 8 or 9 are: James (China), Ozy and YauMan. However, it is not sure if Pravati and Amanda (China) are also a part of it...rumors has that Pravati is on since she was playing against Ozy. Also rumor has it that Amanda (China) is on since it was her idea to blindside James (China). If you hear Jeff carefully, he said would those former survivors be able to put aside their past conflicts and work as a tribe.
If I was old enough, I'd probably be on this, since I'VE watched all the episodes except ONE episode from Fiji. (The finale, which I haven't seen since CBS Innertube sucks.)

im so happy that jonny fairplay in comin bak because it will make 4 a interesting season i mean i hate him but i hope he gets kinda far so it will b very exciting like pearl islands. I hope that yau man wins though i luved him in fijii because he was suck a good player and he was so smart cant wait till febuary

Actually, I'm also glad that Fairplay will be back. However, I don't think Jeff Probst is glad at all that Fairplay will be back because Fairplay surely pissed him off before.

Aw, what's up with all the Jonathan hate here? The whole mutiny was a strategic mistake, obviously, but he was a witty, hardworking guy throughout the show, flipped the balance of power from Raro to the Aitu 4 after the merge (what, would you have preferred someone like Adumb to win?), and maintained his dignity even when the Raro brats treated him like crap. Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing Jonathan, Yau-Man, Cirie and the Vanuatu women the most, and I hope Jonathan wins.

Oh don't get me wrong...I don't dislike Jonathan. I think he played a BIG impact on the game and is deffinately a great player. No doubt in my mind about that. He just annoys me at times. I think it's the voice or something. I really don't know. But when he was originally on the show...I wanted to mute him everytime. Haha!

Heh, he does have a rather jarring Alan Alda-esque voice. :P I suspect he's one of those loud, extroverted types who's fun in small doses but can grate on the nerves after 39 or so days. I'm still rooting for the guy, though -- he made CI fun. I think the returning contestants as a whole are a good mix of sly strategists, challenge monsters and fan favorites; the only one whose presence I really question is Parvati, but hey, she has her fans, too!

Jonathan played the most Villianist game ever however he would have gone further if He stayed with Raro.
He isnt funny, he played a villians game which doesnt make anyone like you in or out of the show, I think id prefer Jonathan to go before Faireplay.

It looks good, but I'd much rather have a Survivor: All Stars 2. I mean they should at least have 1 favorite from Palau and Guatemala. I definiteley wish Ian from Palau, and some more people like Terry from Exile Island on the show as well.

The footage of the 'favorites' is footage from Survivor: Palau. You can see Stephanie, Bobby Jon and James from the Ulong tribe. (you can even see their blue Buffs) Watch it on the CBS website version (it's better in quality) and you can see them clearly if you pause it just right. The producers of Survivor: Micronesia are not stupid. They're not going to reveal the all-star cast before they have to.

It's filming in Palau, in the exact same places they used last time. The "fans" will be at the former Koror tribe's camp and the "favorites will live at the Ulong tribe's old camp.

I think there will be 20 castaways. Usually survivor has an even gender ratio. The Fan tribe in the preview shows 5 girls fans. (0:15, 0:17, 0:26, 0:28, 0:29)

I'm so pissed, I'm only 19 and I've watched Survivor episode by episode each season since season 1 and no one told me that super fans would be a part of it! I should be on there seriously! but the concept seems great, I really hope Cirie is on, and Eliza, oh it'll be the best!

It has been confirmed that the 3 returning survivors out of 8 or 9 are: James (China), Ozy and YauMan. However, it is not sure if Pravati and Amanda (China) are also a part of it...rumors has that Pravati is on since she was playing against Ozy. Also rumor has it that Amanda (China) is on since it was her idea to blindside James (China). If you hear Jeff carefully, he said would those former survivors be able to put aside their past conflicts and work as a tribe.
