@binty47 slipknot has maybe a few cool tracks on each album, especially the 1st 3. But Morbid Angel, Suffocation, and deicide have much better lp's imo(ive listened to both genres alot. I am not jelous of their success because slipknot is mainstream for a reason. Same with korn(love korns 1st 6 lps). I know even heavymetal, not 80s metal but current metal is still alive n well in the underground. But most of the nwoahm devildriver/trivium/chimaira shit is a shity watered down rehas of 80s thrash
