i have been diagnosed with this. Its an undescribable feeling, its like a pcp high i can feel it all over my body, i know its happening but theres nothing that i can do. i just hope i dont kill someone or myaelf
@scaredzigger i have it as ell and it had gotten worse as i get older ... i know exactly how you feel ... this is why i can't go into too many public places now ... i can't control it but i try to prevent it ...
@XxREBELHOGxX i am about to try several methods and medication as well as quitting smoking to get rid of it... i have 3 weeks to get started... kind of a self rehab so to speak...
i have IED for real, but its like really really light, like if somthing doesnt work and i get frustrated i can get violent, i usually end up smashing what ever doesnt work...
one time when i was like 8-9 my play station wouldnt work soo i smashed it over and over.
its not as bad as it used to be, i can control it, but i still get the "rage" feeling when i get frustrated or mad.
i have a question ... is this supposed to spawned from childhood trauma... cause i was just born with it ...
