Look, I feel really sorry for them so anyone who goes along saying they are freaks, are dead wrong. It's not their fault they were born that way! But unfortunately, I beleive in natural selection, which means the strongest survive (either physically and/or mentally). Those born with defects are draining recources. wow! that's impressive! i couldn't tell by their face if they had Down Syndrom or not due to the poor quality... but anyways good vid :) and for those of you who don't know what down syndrom is cause by : in each cell you have 46 chromosomes, and there are 23 pairs, but in the case of down syndrom, the 21 chromosome is a triplet and not a pair. :)

That is a good question. All the people in the video are Japanese and most have Downs Syndrome. People with Down Syndrome do have distinctive eyes that slant upwards. There is a medical name for this but I cannot remember it.
