A few months ago, two incredible boys in Fort McMurray were murdered. I didn't know either of them too well, asides from seeing them from time to time hanging out with my brother. But when I heard what happened, I broke down crying, not only for the loss of two amazing boys, but for their family, and close friends - like my brother. I can't imagine how much it would hurt to lose someone I love like that. Rest easy James and William, you will never be forgotten <3

This song really hit me last week. I was driving into the city and came upon a really bad car accident. I arrived the same time the ambulance did. I saw the paramedics run up to the car, stand at the window for a minute, then take a step back, swallow hard, and walk back to the ambulance. This song came to mind immediately. "Somebody's son, somebody's husband, somebody’s everything, out there someone's coming undone" They were in my prayers & in my heart before they even knew what happened

last night i witnessed a shooting at a local annual fair in a small town. With two ppl shot and another stabbed it shows how much stupid decisions affects not just theres and your lives but the ppls around u as well. In an instant there was panic and scared bystanders running every direction. No body wins when some died for causes as stupid such as skin color, gang related, and pure hatred. My prayers go to the families of the victims. especially since a lady was caught in the cross fire.

The first time I have ever heard this song, or even this artist was down at my boyfriend's father's tribute for going over seas and being part of something that can make a change. I am close to both of them, and I heard this and I couldn't stop thinking of my dad, who took his life, and all the men that I am friends with.. I was close to tears and not many things make me cry...
