I think the move Illuminatus was talking about was the Up-R move Blaze could use whenever she jumped or was spring'd or something in Rush. Sonic could do something similar, though instead of a Shoryuken it was just some kind of air-kick.

Frankly I don't blame you for not remembering. I didn't realize moves other than jumping existed in the Rush games until years after I bought them. Instruction manuals are for chumps.

Too bad you didn't really gotten a grip of the Spinning Claw attack that Blaze has. It's one of the best abilities you can have in this entire game for some odd reason.

Sonic is Goku, Shadow is Vegeta, Silver is Trunks, Mephiles is Cell, and Iblis is the Android he needs to absorb.

This means that Silver is Shadow's son.

In addition, Iblis is Androids 17 and 18, Mephilis is Imperfect Cell, Crystal!Mephilis is Semi-Perfect Cell, and Solaris is Perfect Cell. But with time travel.

I freaking love Blaze. Pyrokinetic cat from another dimension. Her parts were my favorite parts in the game. I love kitties. Too bad you can't use the sub characters in 2p mode...

Wow, the Silver sections are the only parts of this game that look fun! (other than the glitches that don't make you die)

Other than the Blaze sections (she has low traction while she attacks- it looks really... dangerous) it looks crazy cool. They used the physics engine correctly there!

If only they had given more time and effort to this game- it could have been a masterpeice. DAMN YOU EXECUTIVE MEDDLING.

@Airigh For one, they could've implemented those features that they were planning to implement from the get-go and even mentioned in the manual.

For example, that rainbow gem that would've let you use Super Sonic in the stages, a proper dash for Silver, and Shadow's Chaos Boost was supposed to make him invincible and his Chaos Blast was supposed to not suck.
