@BUCEnGAR I don't think there actually are any laws against keeping penguins. At the very most, you MIGHT need an exotic pets licence. Unless an animal is threatened, endangered, diseased, or being mistreated, the law usually doesn't really care.

@ChupiTheTerrible Well no, I retract that to a point. Some counties ban individual animals, groups of animals, or any form of "exotic" pet. Which is bullshit, since domestic cats are about as exotic as they come in the states, they're just not classified as such because they're considered a standard pet. But still, in the case of penguins you just need to prove you can appropriately care for one and get a permit from the USDA. You CAN have them.

Obviously fake because it understands Japanese. It's a man in a penguin outfit. You can make your own penguin outfit quite easily. Just squat down with your knees bent and your arms wrapped around your legs, then get a friend to pull your jumper over your legs and down to your ankles, leaving the sleeves flapping. Then wear a beak made of cardboard and waddle around for a bit. You'll be amazed at the uncanny resemblance to the real thing.
