  • Favorite favorite Polly Jean Harvey album OF ALL TIME!!!! I love every single song -"Who The F*%K".

  • Sounds like this was a demo then she decided not to do anything further with it.

  • More a highly strung broken machine than an angle!

    :D*

  • I love this song..... shitty recording though.... too bad. I want to share this on fb but it sounds bad...

  • Это полный кайф(пиздец) Харви звезда

  • Beautiful song. And 'Uh huh her' is such an underrated album.

  • @bobbelibob It is! I love Uh uh her - it's raw and honest and strong in it's simplicity. And those amazing b-sides ... Uh huh her era definitely rocks

  • Que voz de PJ, wow la verdad está mujer canta muy chingon

  • ..."the big low, the big lonely..."

  • I absolutely adore this song

  • Why on Earth did she not have a full band version, Hell, even a backing orchestra for this gem? It's good the way it is, but there's no harm in putting icing on the cake!

    I must have this song!!!

  • I agree that a full band version of this song would have been awesome, but it came from the Uh Huh Her era: a time period when she was very intent on having next to no outside musicians on the songs and keeping their arrangements as sparse and "ugly" as possible. It's pretty likely that every sound in this song was made by her and that alone is fucking astounding!

  • @badmouthsadmouth This is a song from the Dry era.

  • @natinhos I didn't know that but I does sound sort of similar in style to Plants and Rags, so it makes sense.

  • What a beautiful song! She's so fucking great. <3

  • most of her so-called B sides I find to be her most a m a z i n g creations....

  • agree!

  • hmmmm.. yummm. farming ont the shores... hmmm.... it all clicked... we are all ready, she has done done it

  • Good lord, this woman.

  • Raven-haired rock goddess, so hot, so talented, how pure and elemental this track is!

  • This is one of my favorite songs ever! It makes me think of southern gospel
