Why on Earth did she not have a full band version, Hell, even a backing orchestra for this gem? It's good the way it is, but there's no harm in putting icing on the cake!
I agree that a full band version of this song would have been awesome, but it came from the Uh Huh Her era: a time period when she was very intent on having next to no outside musicians on the songs and keeping their arrangements as sparse and "ugly" as possible. It's pretty likely that every sound in this song was made by her and that alone is fucking astounding!
