@ScrappleCheesesteaks I feel like I grew up in that building, so I really appreciated Pearl Jam showing the place great respect by delivering the unbelievable set they did that night...can't believe they're putting a friggin bar in its place!!

@sarsippius67 Me too, a lot of memories here, concerts, Flyers, Sixers. And you're right...for what? Some entertainment area of bars, cafes. Original idea was scaled way back due to budget, bad economy. This "Philly Live" will be built in test stages. If "Stage 1 is successful then they contiune to stage 2. What a mess. I felt Synder could have easily kept the Spectrum, heck at least 1/2 of the building, incorporate it into this new complex.
