My favorite burger, by far, is a cheddar cheese, bacon, grilled onion, sauteed mushroom burger with mayo. I had a bunch of leftover mushrooms, onions, and bacon from making omelets for the family and just threw it all on a burger for lunch one day. It was SO good.

Lean Ground beef with my burger and I take the following spices and mix them in a bowl, combining them with the beef. Vidalia Onion, clove of Garlic, Rosemary Oregano, Dried Parsley and Dried Basil A touch of fresh ground pepper, and sea salt. Finally a bit of Worshestershire and a packet of onion soup mix. Once the pattys are made I grill them for 5 minutes on a side. I also add applewood bacon with gouda Cheese and a fried egg! This served on a fresh kaiser roll lightly toasted. mmmmmmmmmm
