Black Ranger Dillon is the main character of the season that is why I love RPM so much... and Ziggy is like the side star and don't forget the Tenaya... I really love Dillon, Ziggy & Summer Trio...

I gotta say when it comes to alternating color pairs, Black is definitely a better Ranger color than Green, as well as White is better than Pink.

@coleboy44andAhalf Yep it was because this season is one that starts with just three Rangers, (Red, Blue, Yellow) later adds on two "Other" Rangers, (Green and Black) and then the Sixth Ranger or in this case Sixth and Seventh Rangers (Gold and Silver).

@supermanic258 Not really the first series without pink, Alien Rangers, Wild Force, Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, Jungle Fury were all seasons without pink, so technically RPM is the 6th season

@coleboy44andAhalf Well it happened in Zeo since Gold Ranger is primarily Black and was a Black ranger in the Sentai version and in Lost Galaxy sort of since the Magna Defender is Black in color. If you count Phantom Ranger as an actual ranger then Turbo also qualifies, SPD has shadow ranger who is Black too. But this is the first time we've had two rangers that actually go by the term black and green since MMPR yes. But this is the first time they are both on the core team.
