I was at this concert, with my kids as a mother's day present. It ROCKED..... After seeing Petty in concert at least 25 times, I still never tire of his music. It doesn't hurt that we are from the same hometown....good 'ole Gainesville....yea!

I had the awesome privilege to run the spotlight on Tom Petty for this show. He is wonderful. I was supposed to, however, be on the show call and move band equipment. I was devastated every time Stevie ran off stage right to where I would have been posted to wait to work. There would have been hundreds of chances to Wave hello. Perhaps even one chance to say, "My name is Rhiannon. Thank you."
