@Matty6660 Many states have helmet laws requireing only those below the age of 18 to wear helmets.

There is a law for eye protection if I remember right. Other than that, proper gear, like jackets really isn't really required/

Yup no helmet laws in AZ! But, there is an Eye Protection Law that requires sunglasses or goggles. I actually got pulled over today for not wearing eye protection. I was only driving from class to the basketball stadium on campus so the motor cop was cool and gave me a warning.

no offense but your dad needs to wear some gear. not wearing gear is the dumbest shit you can do on a motorcycle. even though it's cooler, it's not safer. When I say cooler I'm talking about the temperature. riding gear is for the smart, not the young. keep it between the mustard and the mayo and you won't become ketchup...unless you're not wearing gear then you're just screwed.
