@Chkeey123 it's a breeder...there's different guidelines for them, and the fish look healthy enough. I'm assuming that the whole room is heated and water changes at least twice a week. If you have 100-200+ fish who need individual containers, you can't give them each a 10 gallon luxury home. That'd be great, but realistically, it's not possible. I'd say that as long as the maintenance is good, the fish are healthy, and there's at least some respect for the fish (like carding), it's alright.
