as far as true running backs go... stafon johnson is the best USC has. Because of Mcknight and Gable he wont have the stats to be a 1str round pick, but when he comes out he will be a hell of a steal

mcneal is a juking machine. Carroll says nobody can tackle him in practice. As for Johnson, I think he will prove his worth even though he won't get 250 carries like a feature back. Alot of NFL scouts will look closely at him because of his outstanding blocking and his emergence of return skills. McKnight will probably win the PR spot back, though.

Stafon really surprised me with how good he was at returning punts. He was solid and almost hit a couple homeruns. If only he were a touch faster.

Don't forget Allen Bradford coming off an injury and Curtis McNeal, coming off a redshirt season.
I haven't seen McNeal play before, but he's small like Jacquizz Rodgers, so maybe he can hide behind our offensive line like JR did for Oregon St.
