I'm a huge fan of shitty zombie movies; but Shattered Dead (this movie) was just way too shitty. I couldn't finish the thing.

To be fair, the movie has a bunch of very interesting ideas. In the hands of a competent director with an ok budget, this could have been an awesome movie.

The only thing that is challenged in this movie and scene is the mental capacity of the creators of this film. I watched this movie. I'm ashamed to say it. It intrigued a friend of mine with the phrase "God hates you." All over the disc. After watching the movie 85% of it in fast forward to see if anything worth while or at least comical happened, we finally stopped the movie and realized that God hated us for viewing this piece of shit.

So it takes a full minute of gunfire for two people to stop playing Gin Rummy? I remember this getting good reviews in Gorezone, Deep Red, etc, but this looks absolutely terrible. I can't even tell what people are supposed to be in the same shot.

I haven't read that Gorezone review, but yeah this is possibly one of the worst zombie films I have ever seen, and I've seen alot of them. Shatter Dead has a good plot point, but otherwise crappy direction, acting, gore, atmopshere, editing, pacing, scripting, etc are just awful. The dude that made this is a total tool aswell. He did 3 seperate commentary tracks on the DVD, all by himself, patting himself on the back.

I literally bought this movie because it was so bad, and I wanted to prove to other's just why it's the worst movie i've seen. Lol I enjoy terrible/cheesy horror so this is just like a work of art for me.

Wow. I remember reading favorable reviews of this in Gorezone, etc., but (and I know this scene is out of context and all) I have no idea what characters are occupying the same shot, whom is shooting at whom, or what if this is supposed to be a joke or not. I used to watch up to a dozen horror movies a week and films like this are why I stopped.

For what? The entire production was amateurish. I mean, you can watch some of my films and, yes, you can tell that I'm just starting out. But this guy has rigged lighting in the friggin frame, complete with cords wrapped around banisters; horrible acting.... Oh man... I could go on and on about this movie. I saw the beginning of it years ago and couldn't believe I wasted my money renting it.

Apparently not. I checked it out on imdb and yeah it seems like there is no plot or decent acting in this movie whatsoever, and special effects well they certainly didn't have budget. There's a lot of gore though. Thanks for the reply zombiehead. Your videos are pretty awesome/funny. I hope you continue to find awesomely bad film clips and whatnot.
