I love the new App Folder feature. I can have all my Apps on my iPod Touch in 1 or 2 pages instead of having all four full! I have the iPod Touch 2.0 I have upgraded to 3.0 now 4.0 it is the 8GB, I like the folder app. It is really neat. I am unsure what other features work on my iPod still trying to learn them. Alot of the new features work on iPhone and the iPod touches with higher memory and iPad.

@raymondkctang It said the same thing to me, all you have to do is synch your ipod touch to iTunes (make sure that all of your apps are saved on there) and then just click download and install. It says that because when it installs the new software, it first deleats everything in the ipod, and then adds what was saved in itunes... just make sure everything is backed up.

when i run my sirius/XM radio app and try to multitask, it just shuts the radio off. I'll get a station running, double click home, and open a game in the mini app bar at the bottom. But the radio will shut off every time the new app is opened, am i doing something wrong?( i currently use Iphone 3GS with OS 4.0)

@shocxxxx You're doing nothing wrong, for multitasking to work, the creators of the applications are actually going to need to update the application to make it work with multitasking, and the creators of the Sirius application have not done this yet.

so far i really love the new OS 4. I have a 2G IPod Touch, and I'm upgrading from the previous 3.1 version. The new folder option, i really love because it rids much clutter that I had to put up with and I don't have to weed through the annoying apps the IPod was born with that I never use (aka: Stock, Weather, Contacts...). anywho, i was very excited to hear about the background addition, however, I'm not seeing how to change it.

Epic Fail. iOS 4 is shit. My phone, a 32 gig 3GS model is way slower and glitchier. Apps load slower and crash more often. I really hope apple recognizes these problems and fixes them soon. Seriously it's pissing me off, I'm having a few wi-fi issues as well. It's not as responsive or quick as before. Over all I'm very dissapointed with the update. Not much here that you can't already do with a jailbroken phone either.

@piercen10 its because that stuff isnt supported for 3G, apple reckons its too slow to handle it. If you read the bit when downloading the OS 4 it specifies what is supported for what
