I don't think so, I saw their friendly-sparring for some magazine, Fedor finished quickly that fight. ;) I think Fedor's win 95% and 5% Couture. But I would like to see their fight on ring. Better 3 fights like Ali vs Fraizer.
Ufc doesn't have the same rules as Old school pride or Old K-1 did when it was shown over in Japan, China, Thailand, etc. In old PRIDE there were 3 rules. No Ball kicking , mouth hooks and eye gouging. Now that MMA has been Americanized (for more monetary reasons Dana White has.) You now have the rules you see on UFC (the rules also have to match the American law, As the aforementioned countries I stated above are looser.).

I don't think Ramage is on anyone's list of the top 5 heavyweight fighters. Fedor is on almost everyone else's top 5 heavyweights. Ramage beat Lidel to become the light heavyweight champion. Rampage already showed his style is good to beat chuck in a pride fight, so it was a gift fight. IMHO if Fedor was in the UFC he would be the heavy weight champ. Besides isn't Rampage the Light Heavy weight champion? Lidel was the Light Heavyweight champ, not heavyweight champ. 2 different categories here.
You are correct. But just because you beat a guy who beat other people, doesn't mean you can beat all the guys he beat. Boxing, MMA history has shown this. It comes down to styles and who is having a better night. I have experienced matches where someone mauled one guy over and over, only to be beaten by a guy who lost over and over to the first guy. Also IMO that Fedor is still in his prime, whereas Couture is past his prime. Now if Couture was still in his prime, It might be anyones fight.
Tito? overrated 1 dimensional fighter. Sylvia 1 dimensional fighter with good takedown defense. Chuck 1 dimensional fighter with the best takedown defense (great wrester but if he never uses it then he gets no credit for it).
When being well rounded became immensely important the former champs all lost the strap because none of them are well rounded and matchups came up that hurt them.
Guys that are well rounded all hold belts in the UFC right now.

Fedor wont fight in the UFC because they wont pay him the money is deserves, he earns the most money in MMA. His last fight he got over a million dollars. The UFC refuses to pay him fair market value so he fights wherever the money is. The UFC also knows that if they wanted him for a 1 fight it would have to be for the Belt and they know he would win. Couture took a HUGE PR hit losing to Lesnar. He shouldve NEVER taken that fight. Lesnar would ABSOLUTELY lose to Fedor. The sweatier Lesnar gets and mounts em, the more Fedor can just slip around em and use one of his 9,000 INSTANT submission holds. DONE.

Forget about Fedor, Big Nog is way better than Couture. For me Couture had second thoughts about fighting Fedor after Fedor-Sylvia fight and turned his attention again to the UFC. Since he doesnt want to fight Nog (he knows he will lose), they got him this overhyped bum named Brock Lesnar.

Randy is one of the most overrated fighters ever. The guy is 16-8. Spin it anyway you want, the guy is not that great. He is 2-2 in his last 4 HW fights. He got KTFO twice by Chuck.

And he should stick to just his reputation and leave. He has had his day as did Chuck L., but with their two fighting styles they are through with in fight MMA. Their styles are victim to studying because they only bring two things to the table, a sense of brawling and power. I don't think Ramage is on anyone's list of the top 5 heavyweight fighters. Fedor is on almost everyone else's top 5 heavyweights. Ramage beat Lidel to become the light heavyweight champion. Rampage already showed his style is good to beat chuck in a pride fight, so it was a gift fight. IMHO if Fedor was in the UFC he would be the heavy weight champ. Besides isn't Rampage the Light Heavy weight champion? Lidel was the Light Heavyweight champ, not heavyweight champ. 2 different categories here.

You are correct. But just because you beat a guy who beat other people, doesn't mean you can beat all the guys he beat. Boxing, MMA history has shown this. It comes down to styles and who is having a better night. I have experienced matches where someone mauled one guy over and over, only to be beaten by a guy who lost over and over to the first guy. Also IMO that Fedor is still in his prime, whereas Couture is past his prime. Now if Couture was still in his prime, It might be anyones fight.

Tito? overrated 1 dimensional fighter. Sylvia 1 dimensional fighter with good takedown defense. Chuck 1 dimensional fighter with the best takedown defense (great wrester but if he never uses it then he gets no credit for it).
When being well rounded became immensely important the former champs all lost the strap because none of them are well rounded and matchups came up that hurt them.
Guys that are well rounded all hold belts in the UFC right now.
Nog, Rampage, Anderson, GSP and Penn.
