@rawfflecakes: the right channel audio is from the Dark Energy, which is being MIDI sequenced by the Revolution. The Revolution audio is heard on the left channel. Rock On! Doktor Bob
hey for you this may sound stupid but for me it's a complete mystery. Where does the sound come from? have you uploaded a sound to the revolution or are you making it but pressing the buttons etc? So I mean like do you use a sample for this?
@MrKorscht your right it does sounds stupid. The revolution is a 1 vco synth.. the sounds is coming from it. As well as the Doepfer Dark Energy.. another synth. They are sequenced.
Thanks for the feedback. I built the "crystal pyramid light organ" from a deck prism and base (from Edmund Scientifics) and a "flickering LED light organ" kit (originally from Jameco, maybe a Velleman kit). Subbed out the provided LEDs with high-output LEDs of different colors. The circuit board fit in the plastic base with a 9V battery, and the microphone and a toggle switch mounted on the outside. Took a couple of hours to throw together. Seemed obvious and seriously retro. ['DB}
