  • I didn't expect much when I started watching, but turned out it was really fantastic :)

Quite different from most renditions I know also.

  • Why I can't find the part of 7/12?

  • yes i was looking for 7 also

  • Carbone is obviously a master pianist. These are truly wonderful performances of some of the greatest music ever written for the piano. My thanks to the person who posted this.

  • phenomenal, super-human achievement to perform the mammoth 4 books from memory!!

I'd like to say also that the camera work throughout is absolutely fantastic!

  • I love this piece, I play classical guitar and am doing a music degree at the moment, Ive recently started learning some albeniz pieces transcribed for guitar but they dont compare to the original in anyway, Albeniz is one of my favourite composers, such wonderful music

  • I agree with amalfi. Iberia is extremely underrated. This is definitely up there with Debussy and Ravel.

  • debo tomar lecciones de piano.....quiero ser muy talentoso como Pedro Carbone

  • Muy buena dinámica y expresividad!

  • it's funny how people sacrifice their looks while playing. It's a good thing, we need a little more of that :)

  • ahaha you are right^^. Well I don´t want to know how my face looks, when I play the piano^^ haha

  • Wonderful performance of a component of Albeniz's great masterpiece, Iberia. Listen also to Alicia de Larrocha's performance on Decca. Iberia has to be one of the most underrated compositions of the piano repertoire. Beautiful Spanish music played by a Spanish pianist (in Spain?!).
