i took part in my first tournament the day before yesterday! managed to get silver for my selfdefence routine but totally messed up my form and came last aha- ive got a terrible memory

i wish i took part in sparring now :(

The new rules state that Blue Belts do Cho Geup, every rank does one lower form now. And white belts do only a couple parts of Ki Cho Hyung so people who just promoted can still go to tournament and compete.

Nicely done, just get a lower long stance on the last step. I think I will be 3rd degree and still won't even be close to perfecting Ki Cho Hyung lol gotta love KSW

Yeah, I guess you can do any level form though as long as it is under or at your belt level. I agree, though. He should be doing Joong Geup Hyung.(unless he just got his new rank)
