atom quit in 2007, and he wasnt recording anyways because he was on tour with AvA and focusing too much with them, Josh Freese recorded the drums on Splinter and Rise and Fall, but their are talks of a new 2010 album, so pete parada will record, i cant wait to hear pete's own stuff for the offspring
