  • haha the sign langeuge person in the begining pricles

  • I love the music they used on this part, almost as enchanting as the northern lights itself.

Does anyone know where I could get it?

  • It is by Edvard Grieg. The title is Peer Gynt, Suite No. 2 Op. 55: Solveigs´s Song.

Search on Amazon for it and a download is available for less than £1.

  • Thankyou. I've also found other videos on YouTube that have it. :)

  • I agree about the music. The Grieg adds an almost ethereal quality to the video. I loved this programme when I saw it on TV. I'm glad someone's posted it on YouTube.

  • This programme has inspired me to go on a 3 hr flight in February to try and see them from the air. As soon as I saw The Northern Lights advertised in my local paper with 7 dates - I booked straightaway!!! I just hope we find them!!! I shall be so upset if we don't!!!! We'll be flying directly over Aberdeen and Shetlands to Norway to try and locate them!! We also rotate seats so everyone gets a window view!!!

  • Well - we flew to the Northern Lights on Tues 24 Feb - 7 miles high to the Shetlands - but not a flicker!!! So disappointing - Omega holidays, with 3 astronomers, how could they get the dates so wrong??? Never again, I shall try to fly to Lapland or Iceland and stay for 3-4 days and try again for those magical lights!!!!

  • i think in order to see the northern lights you have to go north of the polar circle. Northern Norway or Sweden would be the best place:)

  • Awesome !!!
