well i will tell you why launch 1 nuke and not 8, when you launch 8 nukes you will probably not hit a target whit the most of them, i can unly come up whit 2 reasons to use this weapond.

NR 1 it is damn fun to wasting all mini nukes whit it.

You dont actually need all the transcripts to get the expiremental MIRV. Once you get inside the armory go to the computer and go in thirdperson. There is a small hole where the computer is connected to move your crosshair to the hole and if you did it correctly it should say :Activate Fuse press the use button and it should open the door.

at 1:35 for the 4th transcript you should know hat in the same shed as the transcript is a locker that requirs 100 lockpick skill to open which contains the victory rifle the best sniper rifle in the game. i hate to say this but thumb up so people know.

@Slic3R1 no the victory rifle is the best sniper in the game, it deals 40 dam per shot with a 5 bullet magazine and he Reservist's rifle has the same 40 dam per shot but only a 3 bulet magazine capacity.

That or if you can't be bothered to search for all of the transcripts, just go up to the door where that computer terminal is and go in 3rd person view and move the right analog stick around so your cross-hairs on screen moves around. Keep experimenting and you will find a message telling you, you can open the door from the other side. Click it and voila! Door opened and you don't have to worry about scouring the wasteland for those transcripts.

Wow. What's really stupid is that there were only 5 nukes next to the MIRV. I barely get to use it because mini nukes are scarce and they have a LONG respawn time for merchants. This may sound stupid but I wished they would put like 32 mini nukes (Ammo doesn't have weight).
