The Talmud could not be changed by the Babylonian captivity because unlike the Torah, it was a product *of* the captivity, compiled between 200 and 500 AD & grew out of a culture profoundly changed by that experience. The Talmud could not be changed by the Babylonian captivity because unlike the Torah, it was a product *of* the captivity, compiled between 200 and 500 AD & grew out of a culture profoundly changed by that experience. As for its complementarity with scripture, as I offered, you might find a closer look at its laws quite...revealing. A Muslim? Lol, no – check out my homepage ;)
