heres my 2 cents..coming from a mainly metal background...my 1st taste of anathema was the alt 4 album. listened once and put it away for a long time..then listened again and it hit me. from there i got judgement...then went backwards to the beginning doom days. i love it all. some songs are so beautifully crafted i feel like puking. ya its weird but wow. bands that do no wrong to me...steely dan...led zeppelin..and anathema.

I love these lyrics. This whole album really did give me a new outlook on life. So much positive energy runs through it, I sat in the dark listening to it with tears running down my cheeks several times. It strikes something really special.

Anyone else hear the vaguely Fleetwood Mac sound? Especially with the opening? Not that I am complaining. This is simply one of ten brilliant tracks. Could be prog album of the year, but is this prog? Or something outside of it now? Difficult to classify.
