I highly doubt she eats it all. I had a friend who would order really extravagant, huge meals and eat like 5 bites and thrown the rest away. If you live overseas, I think what you don't realise is that almost everything in America is about a third of the price in comparison to things where I live (Australia), despite the usd and aud being equal.
