I think you made a mistake. The bus company must belong to Chinese, as they get money from governent so they can serve the tibet people. When chinese open some business, they like to beat drums. I think it is stupid. As you see more and more Chinese go to tibet, I will say more and more tibetan go to Chinese territory. I think you know the most famous love song from "康定", right?. it dates way back to pre-communist china.

So I am wonder if they are Tibetan ,why not use Tibetan Character?In fact ,Inside the Bus, there are all Chinese Characters ,such as "康定公交"，小心开门。。。If you listen carefully,.The ticket seller interviewed on TV also spoken with a fluent Chinese. Any way,, more and more Chinese guys imgrants Tebetan Kham,Tibetan are in danger of being marginalized.
