Seem to be scattered but bitting pretty good in a lot of place. For example my pier is sorta shallow and we are catching them near the bank - Which surprised me cause the water is NOT that cold yet
Guys running yoyo's in trees are catching them - along with some catfish
Haven't heard of anyone fishing under hwy 89 bridge cause with gates open - until today - current was too swift
Summary: Crappie fishing is better than it should be since water has been falling and water is not very cold
