  • such a waste :(

  • What are you talking about? I don't see any cars that can't be saved in there!

  • Dude I want that yellow hot rod that thing was not to far gone that's like the ideal greaser car talk about rat rot my life long dream :)

  • It's a shame ppl let their cars sit in the woods to rust and decay like that. Too many ppl would pay good money for them if they were in better condition.

  • SAVE THE VETTE!!!

  • Save the Classics!!!!!!!

  • anybody else shit themselves about the music

  • You really can't blame anyone--that was and still is our throw-away culture. A 1956 Nomad was replaced by a 1957 and dumped--who knew anyone would appreciate what is now a classic car. It is, what it is.

  • I was at this auction and talked with the people living in the neighborhood , how this all came about was the guys 88 year old mother wanted the son to sell of the stuff and clear the property and wanted nothing to do with it . There was actually a real human full body skeleton hanging in the garden . From what the neighbor said they guy started collecting these cars in late 60s and the mother had tossed him out 6 mos before the auction . The good cars got sold before this auction

  • @ebody70 How did the 54 vette did not get sold befor the auction ?!? That must have got missed.

  • sad and wastefull

  • the 55 nomad is my favorite car haha

  • wow there are some rare cars over there i suspect

  • so sad a 56 chevy convertible :( 55 chevy nomad :( 59-60 chevy wagon panel very rare, OMG A 54 Corvette, That 61-64 impala looked like it was in good condition

  • poor nomads

  • That was a very sad video!!

  • Sad... At least their parts will allow others to be complete.

  • whats the song?

  • Perfect music. Made my skin crawl.

  • oh i hope they where put to good use such sadness the music is great btw

  • sad to see those old cars just left there to rot. cars from back then had soul, personality, character, and attitude... at least there memory in someway will live on thanks to these photos and hopefully those that were purchased that day

  • I seriously almost cried. ;(

  • Sad story

  • brings tears to my eyes...

  • the big block in the nomad looked still savable but im just seeing it from the photo

  • that is so sad those cars r there I would buy them all and rebuild them if I had the money

  • Awesome music. Where did you get it?

  • Its A 60 Sedan Delivery

  • theres no such thing as too far gone

  • where was this?

  • this video is sad for some reason.

  • Cheers men! Does someone know the name of this song? :)

  • tisk tisk what nice cars. some cars there was older than our grandmas and grandads

  • I would so take these cars back to my shop. Shame.. These would've been put to good use.

  • man this is so sad this old rusty cars rotting away

  • @2:16 that 63 impala looks like a good project car !!

  • love old cars there loud and fast

  • ok but i looked for pictures under "1960 impala panel wagon" in google images but nothing comes up... i really wanna know what this car is....

  • what is that car from 1:43? i really wanna know please let me know thx if you tell me!

P.S. i love those old panel cars ^_^

  • I believe it is a 1960 Impala wagon.

  • @southhillcustoms There is no such thing as 'too far gone to be saved'. People say that coz it is not financially viable to renovate them to concours or custom condition. Here in England, more money is made selling the registration (license plate).

  • @ROCKSOLID19 Very true, nothing is unsaveable even if it means heavily rebuilding the vehicle.

  • @southhillcustoms 60 panel, I flipped the one I had.

  • @southhillcustoms Yep, 1960 chevy, delivery wagon, based on the impala, bel-air, biscayne series

  • @southhillcustoms 1960 sedan delivery...........

  • it looks like a ford galixie to me i could be wrong

  • it is deff a 1960. I would have said a panel wagon myself but I think it might be a brookwood or even a parkwood.

  • @mickehneko It's actually a 1960 Chevrolet sedan delivery

  • @mickehneko This is a 1959 Chevrolet wagon.

  • @mickehneko 60 chevy sedan delivery

  • @mickehneko That's a 1960 Chevrolet Brookwood 2dr. wagon. That's the last year they were made!! Pretty rare as only 14,633 were made

  • 1960 Chevrolet sedan delivery

  • @mickehneko its a 60 chevy sedan delivery

  • WOW!!!! Wish I was there!!!!

  • oh my bad... i think it is just the numbers of cars present..maybe an auction?

  • Looks like most of them have been sitting longer that being on the road. Lets get them restored before we lose our history.

  • I must argue that a couple of those car could be saved. My father dug a 1930 Ford Tudor out of the sand and restored it completely for the original owners grandson. With enough money and time, anything can be saved.

  • Well, if it was deep down the ground, you would have to swap everything sp its just an car made from parts....

  • did somebody get the 54 corvette

  • Oh, yeah. I didn't stay to find out how much though. People were sitting on the car they wanted to bid on since dawn. I've restored some rust buckets, but I wouldn't take any of these for free, that's how neglected they were.

  • Makes me want to cry because anything is restorable. I've seen cars that sat in swamps that were brought back. I beginning to think many of these graveyards are being destroyed because of these environMENTALists air heads saying it's bad for the planet. RI is destroying some very vintage yards, RI authorities ordered it, SCREW RI that little piece of crap state!

  • iron prices, and douche environmentalists are what get classics and antiques destroyed

  • @mikestheman3 I AGREE!!! These cars were only made once!

  • Nice cars see my video of old cars i found in the woods

  • who do things like that?? destroying old classics

  • there crushing lots of old rides like that because scrap metal was at a all time high there for awhile

  • seeing thoes cars in a yard like that makes me fell say :( i want to restore one some day.

  • I bought a 63 impala 2dr hdtp that had been sitting in a field since 1977. I have filmed its progress starting with removing it from that field and now I am driving it. See my videos on my youtube site, they are numbered. over 40 videos on this 63 impala, it looks about like these cars, but now its being used again!

  • u neva know witch worth lots of money

  • I will never understand most people who have a classic most people if someone won't give them what they want for there car they won't sell and most of the time the car just sits and rots. If they would of sold the car to the person wanting to buy the car would of had a good home and someone who would of taken really good care of the car and not just let it sit and rot.

  • I like the song. Anybody know what it is?

  • I like that old coupe @ 1:32, It looks like a '32 Ford. That was the first year they put V8's into Fords, but that one doesn't look like the original flathead.

  • 1:51 belair nomad, rare car, what a waste

  • i think its a crime that these cars were crushed

  • not all was crushed i got the 57 nomad out of there and my friend got 55 nomad and two 56 nomad one got crushed one is in my yard f s

  • im so glade when you see cars like these getting crushed it makes you want to cry , so im glade you saved some , hope you have a nice christmas

  • Thats one of my honest to god fears. By the time Im settled somewhere and have a shop and money....there wont be any cars left. :( Its really sad to watch whats left of Americana wither away.

  • he saved them all those years for a reason, a car guy,to restore, sell parts then he scraps them what??!! enjoy hell douchbag!!

  • Check out my video here on youtube. Its "25 Classic Cars 1 building" Thanks for looking

  • When classic car owners have them overpriced and refuse to sell for a reasonable price and scrap them they are just fucking themselves. GREEDY BASTARDS

  • Yep, you're absolutely right.

  • I should know I have about 90 Classic Cars , In fact I just sold a 1960 Buick electra 4 Dr. HT with 60,000 original miles with plastic still on the seats for $2800.

  • *tear*

  • >>> ALL these cars were crushed because the owners RESERVE was not met. So he crushed them ALL for high scrap prices at the time. Not ONE car or part was saved !

    Only the pictures remain !!!

  • YEAH! Let them run wild and free.

  • WHO THE HELL JUNKS A VETTE

  • NOT A VETTE LOVER!

  • Damn i could seriously cry!!!!! if people cant do a full restoration at least turn it into a rat rod and let the monster run wild one more time! i have a 1920 something buick or dodge sitting in my yard but im getting stuff like a frame and everything to "build" it, even tho its a solid chunk a rust its going to run one last time regardless of how it looks.

  • dude i totally agree with you i am building a rat for my best frind and all the parts i have are found in the woods and my nabor has some stuff to we find this old stuff let them breah one more time cars are liviing things to.

  • Some beautiful and special vehicles there. Wouldn't you love to be rich enough to snap them all up?

  • The Nomad at 1:53 looked restorable. I would try to save that while it just in that shape. But, The downside of it is that he would want at least 10,000 for it. Or More!

  • makes me sick

  • any vehicle can be restored or fixed even if there is basicly nothing left it is just some people look at them and think it is just a lost hope.

    *Dont Crush Em Restore Em*

  • I appreciate all the comments stating how these vehicles can be saved. I've been restoring for over 20 years, and I wouldn't take any of these projects (except the Corvette). The sheet metal was paper thin, frames rusted through, solid blocks of rust shaped like the car. You would need to replace EVERY single piece, which is basically just building it from scratch. You had to see the neglect up close to really know....they look better in the photos.

  • as sad as it is, you're 100% right. most people dont know what it actually takes to restore a car to safe, and valuable levels.

really sucks about the big block nomad, bet that was a badass car back in its day.

  • AT LEAST SAVE THAT BIG BLOCK!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!! oh that makes me sick!

  • this is sooooooooooooo sorry! the 60' chevy wagom and the vette were a sin.

  • can someone tell me the name of this song? it's so beautiful!!!

  • Ive seen worse restored...

  • hahahaha take that domestic cars

  • the chevrolet at 2:18 is in good condition and it is restorable.

  • The corvettes body can be saved.

  • wow there r many classic cars that r like that across the country, its ashame

  • i take back my last comment the car at 1:34 still has a chance to be restored so give it a chance to live again

  • 1:34 that car might have had a fighting chance 20 years ago but its to far gone now

  • 0:30 poor car its screaming "help me!"

  • so what happened to them ALL ???

  • Most of those cars can be restored. They are not a loss like you said in your description and tags.

  • ahh nice the real thing and not that plastic car crap

  • not sure where new hope is

  • i have some of them now i was there

  • A fitting memorial to the end of American dominance in automobiles.

  • Very beautiful video and sountrack!!!! Can you tell me the name of the song? :-)

  • So sad to realize that these classics were once shiny,sparkling brand new.  :{

  • :40 i c the problem there...i think its a tree but i dont know...

  • What kind of fool lets them set like that. I have seen guys do it around Ohio, they won`t sell!

  • Yeah those cars can be restored to perfect condition i wonder if they have a 58 plymouth belverdere or christine there.

  • who does this?

  • bummer... makes me shed a tear

  • REAL nice video here! ...seems to say, No matter what we THINK might be important TODAY, TIME eventually covers it over and leaves it a faint memory...

  • i was crying til i saw the 54 corvette then i lost a part of me..thats sad..y?

  • 1:32 big money big money big money...... 54 corvette ouch....

  • This is probably the most depressing video I have ever seen...However, there was a shimmer of hope...one of the nomads looked pretty nice! And I dont know what it was, but the car at 1:32 looks very much restoreable...I wouldnt mind to get my paws on that.

  • i got tat on out back it belong to a friend it that car and the 55 nomad out back to thay are for sell

  • really? How much?

  • thats so sad. bet there is loads of that out there.

  • Rest In Peace ='(

  • I have seen a few cars that were to far gone one was a ford thunderbird it had been sitting there since who knows when and was buried in trash old trees and various other materials

  • no car is too far gone, if its there it can be rebuilt...

  • I normally would agree, but there was so much neglect, so much rust, nothing was preserved. The sheet metal could be crumpled up like tin foil on most cars, and the frames were rotten through because they were in the dirt. It was so sad.

  • Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! ;-(

  • you can buy parts just like this in st louis mo bigger junkyard then this with antique cars trucks pics here bonanzle . come can ship too

  • if they wer playing like "on the road again " by nelson....then it wouldnt be so sad.....but this music makes me want to cry

  • its sad to see them like that

but in a way its nice to see something like that; rotting back to the ground they came from. Theres something very peaceful about it.

  • this is just sad

  • yes....very sad.......... :((

  • A Cord at 00:55! wow! Those are worth millions!

  • Phaetons are rare as hell! I wonder if its 810 or 812. Sad, that it found its rest place here.

  • that. God Bless Him, only one car could not be fixed, it was an old Corvette (forget the year). But he said it was awful, what did'nt it need. He sold it to someone who had the time and money to fix it. When he sells these cars to save another, he sells good owners. NOT SCRAP PEOPLE OR THE TYPE THAT STUFF IT IN A BARN AND FORGET ABOUT NOR THE TYPE THAT TOSSES IT IN A FIELD AND SAY THEY WILL FIX IT BUT DON'T!

  • My cousin has turned cars like these and worse into dream machines. They all can be reborn. He found a Chevelle behind a gas station where worked. His boss sold it to him for just $15.00 It was like 1954 Corvette, stripped and clean, rusty, dented in places. To most it looked like a meal for the (do I dare say that damned phrase) car crusher. He turned that heap into a show car drag racer. It was bright orange, with an engine to match. He found an engine block in an old barn and worked off of.

  • All of these look like they can be saved. Or at least parted out. Who bought these? please tell.

  • me i got the 57 nomad and my friens got the 55 56 56 nomad there out back but the 57 i sold it was going to fix then fond one runing tag ti up on the road agin

  • Great photos, great music. What is thiat music?

  • where is this place??

  • It's all gone now, everything taken away that day at auction.

  • thay have one place with more

  • Awful. Like being a slumlord, except with cars instead of rental properties.

  • Yeah, it's sad! To have a 54 Corvette rotting there is unbelievable! I used to live in Vineland..anywhere near?? :) Jack

  • was in lambervill 2 hr from vineland went there two time from bridgeton

  • I know the place..across the bridge from New Hope! :) Jack

  • It´s sade to see!

The nature and the cars dont belong to etch other`s.

Ones this was beautiful trees and cars.

  • *it couldn't be restored...

  • I read once in one magazine , that there was a very rare (they said that there is only 2 more in the world) car in a forest near my city but it could be restored ... Car would cost around 2 million $ but ...

  • Gawd- this stuff kills me. I'm with you guys. I've met a ton of old guys who are going to "restore" it and never do. Still pestering one. Seeing this hurts. I guess that's why my garage and driveway are full of orphans. BUT- at least I sell, but it's like adopting a child with me. I gotta know it'll be saved.

  • wish i was there

  • American History Man

  • pull that big block lol.

  • not yet it out back will be parting out

  • its so sad these cars have so much history in them they dont belong in a junkyard they need to be restored and put back on the street who could allow this to happen to those beautiful cars

  • the car at 55 secs is a cord those things are njot easy to come by and once fix up can be worth a lot of money.

  • "No its not for sale. I'm gonna fix it up some day." '55 Buick owner I talked to in high school. 21 years later its too far gone and sitting in the same spot, rotting behind a barn. Dumb.

  • same thing happened to me when i tryed to get a 65 fastback from a guy at a contracting company its been sitting in the same place rusting away more and more each day but he keeps saying " Ill end up restoring it one of these days " dumbasses, they just let the car become as dust in the wind.

  • that car at 1:35 would be great for a hot rodder to get their hands on! imagine what you could do with it =) but still it makes me sick that many of the cars could of been saved but its hard to get them out or they are rusted to peices ='(

  • Cause ther is dumb bastards who don't give a damm

  • some of these cars could be saved but some of them will never get out of there :(

The cars that have big trees growing trough them must have been there since they were a couple of years old.

its a shame to see these timeless classic just there waiting to be restored. if i had the money i would buy the lot and try to save whats left of them :)

  • this makes me sick

    how could they do this
