I have a feeling that the 8-bit version of chocobo breeding is left out. Where are the Turks at the end of the cave, where is Fort Condor and Yuffie? The game must love leaving stuff out.

Well I can understand some things, like no Chocobo breeding, and no yuffie or Fort Condor, since most of those require technology thats beyond 8 bit capability, especially for a chinese ghetto bootleg company, but No turks, thats just stupid.

Actually, there is turks at the end of the cave. Either Venom has an alternate verison of the game or the english patch added a few things.Cinnamon Pirate's site showed a pic of Cloud talking to a Knight/Druggie/Tsung at the cave. I heard Zack's hometown is visited as well but I don't remember seeing it in Venom's playthrough.

Considering FF7 is 2 gigs and this game is 2 megs, I think it's remarkably faithful.

It's not a matter of understanding the game.  It's a matter of making the villain of the game..... THE VILLAIN OF THE GAME!!! Also, that's the first time we really get to see sephiroth, and they left it out.... So far this Pirated remake is failing.... Badly.....

You shouldn't feel ashamed of cheating, dude. The point of playing a video game is to have fun, and if you can't beat it, your not having fun, so if you cheat and can beat it, you are having fun. Now cheating on a math test is a whole different situation. My brother and parents got on my ass about bringing home a Final Fantasy IV walkthrough, but I just ignored them, the point is to have fun with the video game, not struggle with it.

Good to see this playthrough is still going, its certainly a big task even with the cheats. also nice to hear the FF7 music again. (The mythril mine music used to give me the creeps) Good luck with the rest of the project.
