When I'm hungry I eat meat and vegetables. I kinda feel sorry for the animals in the way they are slaughtered, but I must eat. Now if you can get the Government to allow me to raise my own catlle and chickens, oh and lets not forget hunt where I can afford to live Then by all means help a brother out.

No you don't have to get your food from places like this. If you simply must eat meat, then look for meat raised on organic farms & processed in small private facilities. They don't have the massive quota the factory farms do. At least those animals get to live some semblence of a life & when they are slaughtered, it is humane. Get organic eggs from local farms or clearly labeled cage free. Do SOMETHING to reduce the number of factory farmed animals that are treated so cruelly. Every bit helps!
