If you put something out that looks nothing like an explosive, and is physically incapable of being an explosive (as in, no room for hidden compartments, timers, shrapnel, etc), and people start having a little fit that it might be an explosive, I think you're entitled to look at them like they're mentally disabled.

Adult Swim Commented that they Notified the Boston PD about the advertisements and they're locations and they then told the guys who put them up to take them down. The Boston PD did not believe Turner Broadcasting (Adult Swim) and continued to believe they were explosives.
