  • He was so talented. Gone entirely too soon. Rest in peace John.

Thank you for posting this video; I had never seen it before.

  • John could do everything! I find these older versions of ice entertainment to be so much more enjoyable and "authentic" than the celebrity-type shows we see today. What a clever video with good editing.

  • Wow! Such style and grace. A very fitting tribute by one unique artist to another. I like his costume-down to the sash around the waist that was reminiscent of Fred Astaire.

  • John is fantastic - very stylish!

  • Clever idea and well done! Even in his time Curry was unique. There won't be another one like him again, that's for sure. (From a distance doesn't he look a little like Jeremy Irons?)

  • I love the intercutting of this piece between floor and ice.

It reminds me of his 'soft shoe shuffle' from the Jazz Suite in Theatre of Skating (with the invisible top hat). How I wish we had a video of that!

  • I totally agree with the earlier comments. The most artistic male skater ever.

Thank you for giving me the chance to relive the memories.

  • John Curry was breathtakingly good. We have not seen his like since.

  • Without a doubt one of the best skaters of the 20th Century.

  • Brilliant!!!

  • Fantastic!!! Thank you.
