I was fat once. 3/4 or 1/2 as that of you. I exercised and after 1and half years I'm in shape. I took exercise seriously. quit things like ice-creams, chocolates, tea, coffe, fatty foods etc (don't quit all this, but reduce them). And I was consistent throughout this period, almost null excuses. If you'll do the same, in 2-3 years you will be in shape. Do it for yourself not for others. And once you exercise you exercise all your life. So it does not matter whether it's 3 months or 3 years.
