  • QUICK OPEN A DAMN WINDOW WE HAVE LIFT OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I have 45 of these I plan on making into a laptop cooler

  • oooooohhhh litle fan, ooo beautiful baby :) oooooooohhhh, AAAAAAAAAAAHHH, MOT@#$%¨&*(&¨% MY FINGER!!!!!!!

  • I had one of those in a 24p switch i got from a company for free. It was worn out and made 10 times more noise than this.

Instead of getting a new one i bougt a bigger fan (about 80mm) and covered the old hole up and made a new hole with a dremel.

Whats good with bigger slower fans are that they are often batter at pushing air and since they are slower they make less noise. Whitch is why i got it running in my livingroom 24/7.

  • i got a few of these out of a server that died (it was an HP) got one on my north bridge and one on my south bridge and 2 on the mosfits and mow my bord temp dont get over 20 degrees celcius under full load and a hot day but the bad thing is these little guys are LOUD

  • @Chriss11196 all the way till it's missing a paw:P

  • Cool!

  • that did not sound like 10000 rpm to me

  • ladies and gentlemen, fasten your seat belts, we're taking off

  • SIT FANNY! Fanny is a good boy! Brave Fanny =)))

  • lol. make a mini tin airplane and make some jet engines out of 2 of those and fly it into a wall and watch it go right through it.

  • In the right hands it's a PC fan, in the wrong hands it's a weapon of mass destruction

  • Why do servers have such loud, ultra high CFM fans? They could just be liquid cooled.

  • @josiprietkovic You could just get 100+ CFM fans that are silent. Forget water.. no one said fans that move a lot of air need to be loud.

  • @josiprietkovic to save money?

  • @josiprietkovic They don't want to liquid cool servers, especially the super large ones because they'll need lots of water to keep it cool and if they pump the warm water into the lakes or whatever it'll ruin the ecosystem and the living things in the water will die. Heat rises, so if you heat the air it'll rise and displace the cooler air and force it downward, then the hot air will cool and the cycle continues. I'm pretty sure it's also more energy efficient.

  • @nambinhvu water cooling is typically more expensive... it is also a closed system. imagine how much water is wasted if it was how you described.

Also server units don't have the cycle of air you describe, there is typically a fan blowing cooler outside air into the case to create a high pressure pushing the existing air inside the case out.

Do some research before you post.

  • @bigepi The water wouldn't be wasted, it's pumped into the system, then back out in the way I described lol. In from the same source it goes out to. How is that a waste of water? lol The heat is still blown out using fans blowing at a radiator in a liquid cooling system, so I don't see how it's any better. It's like a liquid heat sink then.

  • can it fly?

  • @saiiad737 the question is , will you be able to contain its awesomeness when u activated and it FLIES TO OUTER SPACE?

  • @catbearlol dont know :)

  • @saiiad737 probably xD
