@The93Smiles I think so, the Fox Die accelerated his aging. Im not sure,it could be also because his a clone, his DNA may be affected with some kind of syndrome that makes him age real fast. It got to check on that, but I think I heard in MGS4 the cause is because of the FOX DIE effect on his body,

@wardogmobius No, Foxdie only causes a heart attack in the victim, Snake has accelerated aging from faulty cloning technology. Snake's accelerated aging was already effecting him quite badly before he got the Foxdie virus.
