I´m brazilian, my native language is not related to english, but (sadly) I can see many Americans writing in english like Brazilian english students.... I think I know english better than them, though I´ve never been to the USA.

Very few performers could generate such sheer excitement like Boz Scaggs did ...... and still does. Thank you, Kenzo5577 for posting this for our enjoyment!
If you told any band today to reproduce this song with the same kind of soul and energy, they'd be completely unable. You can't fake this kind of stuff. It's just awesome, and - sadly - missing today.
Just an FYI to my fellow youtubers (sounds like a group of potatoes-tubers and all-anyway),
the version of this song on the HITS CD is great. As are the other songs. One would do well to buy it on Amazon or someplace and have the faster, more powerful version of the song.
Thanks again Kenzo. :) Fun to see Boz live. He is so great!
Agreed - BOZ HITS! is a perfect gem to pick up - excellent recording quality (for any era) and everything relevant including the early sleeper Dinah Flo!! Started my 80's Friday nite DJ club show with Breakdown every week without fail!!!
I think this is one of the closest live guitar solo performance from the original recording done by Steve Lukather (Toto). Besides, Mike Landau who performed here is one of Steve's closest friend in the business. Most of Boz' greatest hits were play by Toto members.
I graduated from high school in 1978, so I heard a lot of Boz Skaggs songs during that time and in later years. I remember hearing the Toto hit song "Hold the Line" when I was a freshmen in college and have been listening to them for over 30 years. I never get sick of the songs from the late 70's - all of the 80's.
thanx soooo much for posting this video .I have a newer dvd version of his greatest hits so this is a real treat to see a live younger stage show.Thanx again. Great job A+ sound and visual !!

Boz had some great bands thru the 70's but this one was as good as any of 'em.
Thanx for a great video.

Lucky Boz had the lush backing vocals of Vanetta Fields and Paulette Brown. These ladies were the angels of the music recording industry!
