@HailThyDrumKit The emg's were great. The clean was actually rather crappy. Putting them in required no drilling, the wiring was just slightly tricky but nothing too extreme!

IT's not hard buddy. Start w/ a 3 string A minor and just play it slowly over and over again. Once you get fluid with it everything else will start coming easily.

It depends on your ability. Obviously if you just started, it's impossible. I consider myself pretty proficient in my playing. Sweeping has always been my thing so it  wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. But I would give it an 8.

Depends on your level of playing. I've been able to sweep for about a year and it was a 6 to 7. Not bad, just takes some time to get clean.

i have an ibanez RG with the Edge III bridge like the xiphos... but when i do bends the bridge dives a bit making the other strings go down, and after any bend the tuning is all flat slightly... does that happen with the xiphos?... cause that's one of my main cons of the edge iii bridge, if that happens with the xiphos i'll get the xiphos with the tune-o-matic bridge...

awesome. But are the emgs that much better than the dimarzios that come stock with it? I just hate how plastic they sound for other stuff like classic rock. I guess its just preference. I know Muhammad uses the emgs instead of the dimarzios in his xiphos.
