  • Chicago is one of my favorite bands, but it just ain't the same without Cetera and TK.

  • Jason Scheff- with a voice only a mother could love

  • Jasons Voice fits to the sound of the band. But I really miss the "Cetera Era" of Chicago.

  • I love Jasons voice. Perfect for this band!

  • Dude, Champlin's voice is one of the best of all time - Chicago was lucky to have him as long as they did. And, Scheff's been with Chicago longer than Peter was...

  • God I hate Bill Champlin's voice. Not as much as I hate Scheff's though. I miss Cetera and Kath.

  • this is not Chicago.

  • I like it. Terry Kath is gone and for a STUPID reason. His music was great and should live on. This guy ain't bad. Someone awesome should remake all their stuff. Don't just let it die. just my opinion. Oh an I love the fact they use brass.... not many do anymore!

  • Oh and many live performances are imperfect! Let's not forget that they are only human! DAMN! Get a bit of a grip!

  • Lead guitar is definitly out of place, out of style and possibly out of tune.

  • to me it sounds like the whole band is overplaying. less is more with a band this size.

  • the guitar sounds so out of place terry's guitar never sounded like that

  • I dunno, with the pace/rhythm its purty kewl... My ears arent bleedin so badly...

  • my ears are bleeding profusly ! make it stop!!!

  • Cetera wrote this song 100%

  • @MattAndrews2008 Wrong,Cetera/Pankow

  • @rockinjeffrey That's right and I'm guessing that Peter wrote the love song part and Jimmy wrote the rocking horn part. Then of course, with no writing credit, Terry Kath wrote the hard rock guitar part of it.

  • Just not the same w/o PC and TK. Sounds like a valiant effort from a bar band, Champlin adds little with his vocal at the end.

It would be great if they briought back Cetera and DS, but it will never be the same w/o Terry. Champlin is weak filling in on Terry's vocals.

  • Cool to see Champlin on guitar. I'm not so impressed with D.B.'s guitar riffs on this song (I like Keith's playing much better). This song seemed to be more "open" and "loose" sounding in the past. I like today's version just as much, but it's tighter and more hard sounding (compare to the 2002 A&E version). I think that was a great idea to have Champlin sing "you know I'm alright now" at the end... GREAT SONG!!!

  • @john12178 sounded like a pretty brutal idea to me. He sounded like he was dying

  • J.S. is great, Chicago please come back to Germany this year!

  • Cetera is way better than Schlepp

  • Interesting version, guitar parts are interesting. I've never seen Chaplin playing guitar on this song.

    Thanks.

  • You can tell Bailey is in this line up from the first sound.

  • IMO Scheff was at his best in the early 90s
