but I have bug that I cant retreat my soviet troops to HQ and the cant either pick up abandoned weapons and stuff O_o

Elefants dont have a superstructure that tapers off about 2/3 of the way to the rear. And they didn't have such heavily sloped frontal armor. Look at pictures of the Elefant and Jagdtiger.
