This was a great video, and I really appreciated that it wasn't focused on puppies or kittens like many of the other videos on here I've seen. Adults need lovey too! Maybe you could do a video on shelters that sell their animals to class b dealers. I live in a county that does that, and I can't imagine my own shelter dog going for animal testing. Especially since I know they go to medical research too! :(

My best friend and I went camping with my dad, and we found a little five week old puppy tied to a big old tree with no food or water near by, she could barely stand up when she saw us, and she was so scared of all of us, we cut the camping trip short and took her to a vet, she's now a playful little three month old puppy! And she's here to stay until the day she dies :)

These are my rescue dogs: Bracken the German Shepard, Shasta the Husky, Tika the Alaskan Malamute, Bolt the Japanese Akita, Sky the Collie and Jake Truveran (I think I spelt it wrong) I wish more people will buy shelter dogs, Sky was just being taken to be uthnetized (cant spell that!) when I saw her and she was very shy when we took her home but now she frolicks around all day!

I did go to the shelter that weekend which was 2 weeks ago I believe. I did rescue a gorgeous all black girl with special dietary needs, which was ok because I have a boy that needs that same prescription food. She is 5 year old sweet charming kittenish girl. Her name is Ruby, and she is already accustomed to being spoiled by me. :o) She is helping me to move on, and I am sure I am helping her to move on from her last disaster.

My dog was found sick and starving and taken to animal control.

They were going to put him to sleep and his foster mommy saved him.

She nursed him back to health and I met her after my dog had passed away.

He came home with me and I sat up all night long with him during heartworm treatments.

We go to the petstore and when I meet people and they tell me how beautiful he is.

I tell them the story of his life as a reminder of all the great older dogs who need a home.

My service dog before Rex was a pure blood german sheperd that I personally picked from his mothers little whelping box.

Rex is my service dog now and I fostered him and then adopted him.

I have learned that older dogs like him have as much grace,loyalty, and love to give to a family.

I call him my poor baby but the truth is he rescued me and gave me hope after Hansel died.

The love of a dog is a rare gift to bad people can't be like dogs loyal,loving towards each other.
