@Alan10018 I know! Usually I just pick the Brothel mission with DC Carter, then go for a joyride as soon as it starts. (You can't use your turn signals which is a drag though)

@me89360 Well on missions, you can't indicate your turn signals on the account of the game doing it for you leading you in the direction in which you're supposed to be heading. However, on free roam you can indicate your turn signals. I haven't played this game in awhile but I believe the buttons are L1 and L2. One triggers the left signal and the other the right. Hope this helps.

I think this chase is the hardest chase in The Getaway. The thing that is annoying me the most is when I turn on the siren (I don't know if its true) the civilians will chase after me and even stand in front of my car which slows me down.

So true about the peds. You'll kill about 50 of em' if you're drving on a narrow lane with peds all over the place, deliberatly killing themselves to slow you down and wrecking your car. If you turn off the siren, the traffic blocks the entire one way narrow street. Either way you lose.

i did win this mission without turning the siren on, which I destroyed the Range Rover towards the end. Even if my siren is on and I'm traveling like over the limits, some cars still don't have the time to let me through.

The lines from the TV, which only are seen if you record the TV screen with a video... it dances like some kind of digital ghost. And the escaping, wild, driving car, full of angst and driven by impatience... You mean this Vauxhall Vectra? You can only get this on missions with Carter. One with Mark Hammond on "Touch of Class" mission.

Or you sometimes find it near the Police Station in which you do a few of the missions

ironicly Mark and Yasmin use these car to escape the very police station. Its only later you come to know this is actually Carter's car

sadly you can't. But on DC Frank Carter's first mission you can drive all over the place without any gangs or police chasing you. Next best thing to free roam. Believe its mission 13.

that's a tough question. When it comes to the driving, I like the first one because it feels more realistic handling and there is way more traffic(realisticness). But the second one has motorbikes and it is so much more easier to handle. I like the second one for having a swat guy(BEN MITCHELL) which is fun. In both Getaway's the Police are pretty pethetic though(wish they were more of a challenge). Second one has alot more variety of weapons. Storyline are both tres good and pretty much equal.
