There's no vibrato dude, just delay from the Reel Echo.

If you mean the "squelch" sound that (for instance) is on the first note of each bar in the intro, then that is a mixture of kicking the wah as i slide to and then mute the note, all of which is then goes into the delay pedal.

Well for everything except the last section, it's on the 'rhythm' channel producing just a gritty light overdrive. At 03:44 you see me stamp on it to change to the 'lead' channel, which is much fatter and heavily distorted.
