  • Any chance of weighing in on the b12 debate? I prefer not to take supplements but I do worry about it.

  • @whytlillith It will only ever be a concern if you are a vegan. Some people recycle it very well and for that you need a really good digestive tract. Our digestive tracts are degenerated on a genetic level through vaccination and through artificial foods that cause inflammation of the lining. Regeneration is possible but it takes time and effort. Grow your own fruits and vegetables if you can, naturally, and eat them unwashed to take in all the beneficial microbes and tiny insects.

  • @InNaturesClassroom Thank you so much. :)

  • @InNaturesClassroom I think if you are a staunch vegan it may be necessary to supplement at some point. I know many people who were vegans that gave up after about twenty years. I am not a vegan, I eat a little bit of raw cheese and goats milk and while I steer clear of raw eggs, if I really needed to I would eat a small piece of raw fish. I don't feel the need to at this stage but I do feel like a piece of cheese here and there and it may only be up to 50g at a time. Deep healing takes time.

  • I'm currently on Day 12 of a orange juice fast, and it has been a fantastic ride so far! I drink from 3,000 to 7,500 ml of fresh-squeezed organic orange juice per day as well as around 500 mls of water per day, for around 1,500 to 3,500 mg of vitamin C. I have become fruitarian little prior to the fast, the detox of my body has kicked in incredibly. I believe greens and other non-fruit-vegetables are suboptimal as they all do contain toxins especially in their raw state.

    Peace, Fruits, and Love

  • @TheSuperAstro Wow! Your intentions sound quite amazing and I am very interested in hearing more and following your story. Please keep us posted on your progress. Honest accounts of health seeking and cleansing are hard to come by so it will be interesting to see how you go. I believe in feeding the body what it asks for and for that we need a normal relationship to our own sense instincts and not one deranged and contaminated by artificial living and eating. Go for it and well done!

  • @InNaturesClassroom Ah thank you! I agree we need to feed our body what it needs, and that's not easy in a world filled with more or less toxic and addictive foods as well as so much (mis)informations everywhere, but with perseverance and willingness we keep on improving and healing. :)

I am glad that you are interested in my journey, I wrote a big blog post about all that yesterday if you'd like to read more: vegan182(dot)blogspot(dot)com

I sure will keep things posted! Thanks again! :)
